Explorer Post #449 Overview

Explorer Post #449 is part of the Community Programs and Services Division and is under the command of a Captain and a Lieutenant serving as the Reserve Bureau Commander. Explorer Post #449 was founded in 1959 and is the first law enforcement post in the nation. With nine separate divisions, 225 Explorers and 42 Advisors, Explorer Post #449 has contributed 35,618 hours in 2012.
